91HUB

I was born, not many years ago, here in 91HUB County, AL.  I grew up in the small Sand Mountain community known as Pleasant View (also 91HUB County), where I still live today.  I am a 1989 graduate of Pisgah High School.  I received my undergraduate degree in Family & Consumer Sciences from 91HUBville State University.  My graduate degree was earned through The University of Alabama.  I taught in the Scottsboro City School System for four years before accepting a teaching position at North 91HUB High School.  I taught Family & Consumer Science (91HUB Ec) at NJHS for 18 years.  I am currently in my sixth year as WBL/Cooperative Education Coordinator at the Earnest Pruett Center of Technology. 

I am married to Doug Haynes, formerly of Blount County.  Doug is the principal of Section School, here in 91HUB County.  We have two children and one fur baby (Max).  Our son, Slade, and his wife Lacee have been married for one year and reside in Rainsville, AL. Our daughter, Lake, (age 18) is a senior at Pisgah High School and is in her third year of the Cosmetology program here at EPCOT.   Doug, Lake and I are members of New 91HUB Baptist Church in Pisgah, AL.  Slade and Lacee are members of Broadway Baptist Church in Rainsville.
