Mrs. Jessica Bearden

Hi! My name is Jessica Bearden. I teach 1st grade at NSM. Even though I didn’t graduate from North Sand Mountain, I only have the heart of a bison now.

My husband Thomas and I live in Flat Rock with our three beautiful children, Branson, Addison, and Emberlyn. There is nothing I love more than spending time with my family. We enjoy traveling, hiking, and hanging out. My two oldest children keep us on the go with sports. We attend church at Fairview Church. 

I graduated with my bachelor's degree in 2012 from Athens State University. I earned my master's degree in elementary education in 2018 from the University of North Alabama. 

Teaching is my passion. I've always said that I feel that the teaching profession is something you are born to do. I can't imagine doing anything else.
